Bring us the oddball idea.

Not finding quite what you need? Let’s talk about what’s missing. We enjoy working through an idea with you, whether it needs a personal touch, a better fit, or a few different pieces that belong together.

What would you like to make?

Mixed-method projects

Ideas that combine apparel, engraving, printing, fabrication or multiple finished pieces.

One-of-a-kind requests

Meaningful gifts, displays, event pieces and unusual products that do not fit a standard catalog.

Problem-solving projects

Start with what the finished piece needs to do, look like or communicate—not the machine used to make it.

Custom chess pieces arranged in their fitted storage case

The storage is part of the solution

A photographed chess set shows how the finished pieces and their storage can work together.

Connecting the pieces

One conversation can cover more than one product.

The G’s Camp collection is a useful example of a theme carried across different materials. Your project might be a celebration, a business event, or a gift that needs a few pieces to tell the whole story.

See how a collection comes together

Made for the way you’ll use it

Not in the catalog? That can be a good place to start.

An unusual idea does not need to arrive with a finished specification. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish. We’ll help separate the useful possibilities from the parts that do not make practical sense.

Coordinate a collection

A fundraiser, family event, or business project may need several different pieces. Bring the full list and the common design idea. We’ll confirm each product, cost, and schedule instead of treating the collection as one undefined job.

Solve a specific fit or presentation problem

Show us what the standard option does not do: the wrong size, an awkward display, or a missing personal detail. Measurements and a clear use case help us decide whether a custom approach is worth the extra work.

Keep the first version practical

Some requests need specialized design or testing before production. We’ll explain what we can handle and when a different provider would be a better fit.

From “what if” to “let’s do it”

Let’s figure out the useful version of the idea.

These are things we can work through together—not a checklist you have to finish before contacting us.

  1. Tell us the outcome

Describe what the piece should do or communicate, who it is for, and why a standard option does not quite fit.

  2. Bring the boundaries

A rough budget, size limits, quantity, and any deadline help us focus the conversation. It is okay if some of that is undecided.

  3. Agree on a practical plan

We’ll explain what we can take on, what needs development, and what it would cost. If the idea is not a fit, we’ll say so.

Start with what you know

A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Something else on your mind?
Let’s talk ↗

Where do we start?

Tell us what you have in mind, the approximate quantity, and your desired date. A sketch or reference can help us understand the result.

Will I see the details before production?

We’ll confirm the proposed materials, artwork, pricing, and timing with you before work goes into production.

Can you make anything?

No—and we would rather be clear about that before you invest in a project. We’ll review the materials, process, complexity, and available time before accepting the work.

Do you charge for design or development?

Artwork preparation may carry a separate charge. If a project needs custom 3D modeling or engineering, we’ll be clear that we do not offer that work.

Can I start with a sketch on paper?

Absolutely. A rough sketch or a plain-language description can get the conversation started. We can work out the measurements and other details together.

Can we change the idea after approval?

Tell us as soon as you can. We’ll check what has already been ordered or made and explain any effect on price and timing before taking the next step.

What if I do not know which service I need?

Describe the finished result rather than the process. A photo, sketch, or explanation of the problem is enough for an initial conversation. We’ll tell you what we can reasonably take on.

Let’s find a solution together.

You don’t need all the answers before saying hello. Bring the idea, the question, or the thing that isn’t quite working. We’ll talk through what’s possible and what makes sense for you.
