The details you can see

A logo has to work beyond the screen.

Fine lines and small words that look clear on a monitor may need a different treatment in stitches. We’ll review the artwork and explain any adjustments before the design moves into production.

Made for the way you’ll use it

Thread gives a design a different kind of presence.

Embroidery is stitched into the garment, adding texture and dimension. Our job is to help the design work as thread, on the fabric you choose, at the size you’ll actually wear.

Polos and workwear

A readable chest logo can make work clothing feel coordinated without overwhelming it. Bring the logo and tell us how the garment will be worn. Fabric, pockets, seams, and access to the stitching area influence placement.

Gifts and personal details

A name on a suitable towel, a meaningful motif, or a jacket design can make an everyday item personal. Confirm the exact wording and placement; small lettering and fine artwork may need simplification in thread.

Artwork that works in stitches

Gradients, tiny text, and fine outlines do not reproduce like ink on paper. We’ll review the design at its intended size, discuss thread colors, and explain any changes or digitizing work before production.

From “what if” to “let’s do it”

From your artwork to a stitched piece.

These are things we can work through together—not a checklist you have to finish before contacting us.

  1. Choose the garment

The fabric and placement guide the design. Tell us whether you need work polos, outerwear, hats, or something personal.

  2. Prepare the artwork

Embroidery uses a stitch file rather than an ordinary image alone. We’ll explain the preparation and any setup cost for your design.

  3. Confirm the details

We’ll agree on the garment, placement, size, and thread colors before production. Care guidance is part of the handoff.

Start with what you know

A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Something else on your mind?
Let’s talk ↗

Is my logo suitable for embroidery?

Send us what you have. We’ll review the lettering, detail, size, and garment and explain any changes needed.

Can you match a previous order?

Let us know what was ordered before. We’ll check the design and current garment availability before confirming a match.

What is digitizing?

It is the preparation of artwork as instructions for an embroidery machine. A logo image and an embroidery file are different things; we’ll review what you have before deciding what needs to be prepared.

Can you embroider something I already own?

Please ask before dropping it off. The material, construction, access to the stitch area, and condition of the item affect whether it is suitable.

What affects the price?

The garment, quantity, design size and complexity, placement, and artwork preparation all contribute. We’ll quote the actual project instead of asking you to estimate stitch counts yourself.

Can you use an embroidery file I already have?

Send it when we arrange artwork with you. We’ll review its format, intended size, and suitability for the garment. An existing stitch file may still need adjustments; we’ll discuss that work before proceeding.

Can the same design go on a hat and a shirt?

Often the artwork can be related, but the stitch preparation may differ. Curved hats and flat garment areas have different constraints. We’ll confirm each version rather than assuming one file suits both.
