A project worth remembering

A family adventure, engraved in slate.

This G’s Camp coaster carries the road-trip design into an everyday keepsake. The natural slate and engraved details give the artwork a different finish from its printed-apparel companions.

Talk through an engraving idea

Made for the way you’ll use it

A personal touch. A useful piece. Something worth keeping.

Our cutting and engraving services are ready for your projects here in Jamestown. From a name on a gift to pieces made for a custom display, we’ll help match the material and finish to what you have in mind.

Gifts that mean something

A family name, a special date, or a few words can make a suitable wood or slate piece personal. Think keepsakes, coasters, ornaments, and gifts with a story behind them. Tell us who it’s for and we’ll help with the details.

Cut shapes and layered designs

Suitable wood and acrylic can become lettering, ornaments, signs, and display pieces. Cut layers can add depth to a design. Bring your dimensions or a sketch; we’ll confirm the material, thickness, and construction before quoting.

Names and designs on metal

We can personalize suitable metal items with markings, lettering, and artwork. Tags, keepsakes, and business pieces are good starting points for a conversation. The metal and its coating determine the approach and appearance—not every piece will produce the same finish.

Small pieces, thoughtful details

Have a compact design or fine lettering in mind? Send the artwork and the item’s dimensions. We’ll review how much detail can stay clear at the finished size and discuss adjustments before making the piece.

A familiar logo on everyday items

Suitable coated drinkware, tags, and laser-compatible patch materials can carry a business logo or personal design. We’ll check the surface, shape, and usable area so the decoration fits the item.

Engraving, cutting, and color together

Some ideas need more than one process. A cut display might also need printed color, or a gift set might combine engraved keepsakes with decorated apparel. Tell us what belongs together and we’ll help plan a coordinated result.

From “what if” to “let’s do it”

The item comes first.

These are things we can work through together—not a checklist you have to finish before contacting us.

  1. Describe the piece

Tell us the item, material, approximate size, and intended use. If you already own it, a photo helps us review the possibilities.

  2. Choose the message

Names, dates, logos, and illustrations need room to read. We’ll discuss the design and placement on the available surface.

  3. Confirm the approach

We’ll check compatibility and explain the expected result, pricing, and any limitations before you commit the item to production.

Start with what you know

A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Something else on your mind?
Let’s talk ↗

Where do we start?

Tell us what you have in mind, the approximate quantity, and your desired date. A sketch or reference can help us understand the result.

Will I see the details before production?

We’ll confirm the proposed materials, artwork, pricing, and timing with you before work goes into production.

Can you engrave an item I supply?

Sometimes. Please contact us before buying or dropping off the item. Material, coating, shape, and access to the engraving area all need to be reviewed.

Will every wood piece look identical?

Natural variation in the material can make individual pieces look different. We’ll discuss the chosen material and the kind of result to expect.

Can you add a name to each item in a group order?

Tell us how many items need individual names or other changes. We’ll confirm the layout and personalization list as part of the quote and approval process.

Should I buy an item before asking?

Please check with us first. Unknown materials, coatings, shape, and access may make an item unsuitable. For something irreplaceable or sentimental, discuss the risks before deciding to have it engraved.

Can you reproduce a photograph?

We can review the image and intended material, but not every photo translates well into engraving. Strong contrast and a clear subject help. We’ll discuss the expected treatment rather than promise a photographic match.

Is metal marking the same as cutting metal?

No. Adding a design to a suitable metal surface is different from cutting a shape out of metal. Our metal personalization service is not a general metal-cutting service. Send the exact item and desired result so we can confirm what’s practical.

Can you cut any wood, acrylic, or plastic?

No. Composition, coatings, thickness, and dimensions all matter. We need to identify the material before accepting it. Please ask before purchasing blanks; an unknown plastic or treated material may not be suitable.

Will engraving give me a full-color design?

Engraving changes the surface or coating rather than printing your artwork in full color. The material affects the contrast and appearance. If color is central to your idea, we can discuss UV printing or a combined approach.

Are these services available now?

Yes. Our laser cutting and engraving services are available for customer projects. We still review each material, design, size, and intended use before confirming the work, price, and timing.
